About Me

A graduate of University College Galway, and NUI Maynooth, I studied acupuncture with the Acupuncture Foundation of Ireland and graduated with a distinction in July 2006.

I travelled to China and undertook post graduate training in Oct 2006 at the Nanjing University International Acupuncture Training Centre and clinical work at Nanjing Municipal Hospital - one of China's most prestigious acupuncture hospitals. I qualified as a Reflexologist in 2002 and hold diplomas in Body Massage, Anatomy & Physiology and Indian Head Massage.

I am a registered member of Acupuncture Council of Ireland and the Irish Reflexologist Institute. As a registered member of these bodies, patients can be assured of receiving a professional and ethical treatment.

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and hands which correspond with every part of the body. Through application of pressure on particular areas of the hands and feet reflexology serves to relax tension, improve circulation and promote the natural function of the related areas in the body.
